PREPARATION OF DOCUMENTS FOR APPROVAL
If you’re working on an important document within your team, or have a document that needs approval from colleagues or in-house counsel, there’s nothing easier than getting our document approval app.
Preparing a document and getting it approved doesn’t always have to be an unpopular, administratively intensive process. The app automatically manages the document approval process so there is only one version of the document, including a record of the approval process.

APPROVAL OF NEWLY PREPARED DOCUMENTS
You upload the document you need to approve to publish it further to the document approval application. You specify the approvers, which you can have as many as you want – depending on your needs. And with the touch of a button, you send the document for approval.
All approvers will receive an email requesting approval of the document. The approvers can view the document directly from the email. They will also find approval/rejection buttons in it. When the approve/reject button is pressed, a comment box will also appear directly in the email.
INFORMATION ON THE APPROVAL PROCESS
You can then see all the information about the approval process in the app:
- whether the approval has started,
- who initiated the approval,
- who made any changes,
- who approved/disapproved, the exact time and comments,
- the date of final approval.
APPLICATION CONNECTIONS
The Document Approval App can be part of the Document Management App, which is used for staff to familiarise themselves with documents, or you can use it on its own.
However, we think the combination of these two apps is just the bomb 😉
