HOW THE APP WORKS
The application contains sets of tasks to be assigned to new employees, according to the position and department they are joining. The new employees then follow the generated task set in their adaptation to the new position.
The application welcomes the new employee, introduces the company, company culture and answers the most common questions. At the same time, the new employee will find contacts and information about all colleagues from his/her team in the application.
Of course, the new employee will also find an overview of the adaptation tasks that he or she needs to complete in the first few days in his or her position. The individual tasks contain detailed descriptions of how the employee should complete them. Once the task has been completed, the employee marks it as completed, writes down the time for completing the task and submits it for approval. Completed tasks are then approved by the responsible persons who supervise the completion of the tasks.
The application is clear and intuitive, guides the new employee through the adaptation process in a structured way, and the responsible persons can clearly see how quickly individual employees are trained and how productive they are in the new location.
