The HelpDesk application will make the process of making internal requests within the company easier. The purpose of the application is to make it easier to solve problems of any kind and then assign them to specific employees who are to deal with the request.

HOW THE APP WORKS

The request can be assigned to a specific employee and the status of the solution can be checked as a matter of course. The author of the request is informed about the entire progress of the request in the form of email notifications.
