]]>If you’re working on an important document within your team, or have a document that needs approval from colleagues or in-house counsel, there’s nothing easier than getting our document approval app.
Preparing a document and getting it approved doesn’t always have to be an unpopular, administratively intensive process. The app automatically manages the document approval process so there is only one version of the document, including a record of the approval process.
You upload the document you need to approve to publish it further to the document approval application. You specify the approvers, which you can have as many as you want – depending on your needs. And with the touch of a button, you send the document for approval.
All approvers will receive an email requesting approval of the document. The approvers can view the document directly from the email. They will also find approval/rejection buttons in it. When the approve/reject button is pressed, a comment box will also appear directly in the email.

The Document Approval App can be part of the Document Management App, which is used for staff to familiarise themselves with documents, or you can use it on its own.

]]>The Intra-company Bazaar app works just like the online bazaars, except that it is only available to employees in your company. They can easily upload the goods they want to offer to their colleagues to the bazaar. It is possible to upload a photo, a description, and a price for the offered product.
The enquirer can then simply make an enquiry about the product they are interested in. Thanks to a pre-made message that can be changed, the product inquiry is easy and fast. The enquiry arrives to the seller’s email and the subsequent sale already takes place after the employees have agreed.
This application can be a benefit for your employees and also a tool to increase intranet traffic on SharePoint Online or a means to increase the use of MS Teams, where the application can also be placed.
In addition to the full desktop version, we also offer a mobile version.

]]>The HelpDesk application will make the process of making internal requests within the company easier. The purpose of the application is to make it easier to solve problems of any kind and then assign them to specific employees who are to deal with the request.
Thanks to the structured nature of the application, employees will be involved in solving problems faster and will be able to navigate through the various requests.
Whoever enters a new request can also assign the specific department to which the request relates (IT, OHS, etc.). In addition, it is also possible to select a priority, according to which the speed of solving the problem will vary.
The request can be assigned to a specific employee and the status of the solution can be checked as a matter of course. The author of the request is informed about the entire progress of the request in the form of email notifications.
The process of assigning requests can be made to fit your company processes.
In the application, you can freely filter by resolution status, by department, or by request name.

]]>The Onboarding app makes the process of adapting a new employee to their position easier. You have control over everything and the new employee knows in the first few days what to do, what to hand in and who is on their team.
Training and onboarding new company reinforcements is easy, administratively and collaboratively effortless with our app.
Thanks to the structured nature of the app, new employees join the workflow quickly and are productive early.
The application contains sets of tasks to be assigned to new employees, according to the position and department they are joining. The new employees then follow the generated task set in their adaptation to the new position.
The application welcomes the new employee, introduces the company, company culture and answers the most common questions. At the same time, the new employee will find contacts and information about all colleagues from his/her team in the application.
Of course, the new employee will also find an overview of the adaptation tasks that he or she needs to complete in the first few days in his or her position. The individual tasks contain detailed descriptions of how the employee should complete them. Once the task has been completed, the employee marks it as completed, writes down the time for completing the task and submits it for approval. Completed tasks are then approved by the responsible persons who supervise the completion of the tasks.
The application is clear and intuitive, guides the new employee through the adaptation process in a structured way, and the responsible persons can clearly see how quickly individual employees are trained and how productive they are in the new location.

]]>A document management application is essential for any company where it is important that employees are aware of the relevant documents and that there is a record to confirm such awareness.
Our solutions often find their way into companies applying ISO 9001 quality management systems (QMS). Other customers are companies with a modern and efficient approach to document management.
The application ensures the process of familiarisation with documents by the relevant employees and provides a detailed overview of the applicable directives, regulations or documents and the people who are to be familiarised or have already familiarised themselves with them.
Documentation management takes place primarily on SharePoint. This is where the relevant documents are stored in individual folders. For each folder, a group of people is simply defined who should be familiar with the documents.
If a new document is created in a folder, an email is sent to all employees who are to be familiar with it. The application provides a double check before sending the document for familiarization. This eliminates sending an email with a warning about a new document that, for example, was not ready, was put in the folder by mistake, etc. The administrator can therefore be sure to send the document notification when the document is actually ready to be viewed.
An email alerting employees to the document to be reviewed will be sent to those who are in the folder to which the administrator has added the new document.
The email includes a link to a page where the employee confirms familiarity with the document and a link to a document where the employee, with one click, can download the document to their computer to read and familiarize themselves with the new information.
If multiple documents have been added by the administrator, employees will receive a notification to familiarize themselves with these documents in one email.
Each employee has the option to view an overview of the documents they have already become familiar with and an overview of the documents they are about to become familiar with in the application.
Our system automatically stores information about who has already read the directive. In the case of non-familiarization after a set period of time, it warns the person concerned and his/her superiors of the necessity of familiarization and confirmation.
The ISO manager or other senior manager has a system in which he can immediately see who has already familiarized himself with the documents and has, in addition to the assurance that employees are immediately informed about important regulations, an up-to-date list of all those who have familiarized themselves with the relevant documentation for possible control.
On the home page of the application, the manager can then see the directives that have been created recently and, conversely, those that are about to expire.
The application has been developed based on real experience from companies that have high demands on process assurance.
The application can also be used when hiring an employee. When a new employee is assigned, he or she will automatically receive a whole set of documents at once for familiarization. The system then monitors whether this has actually happened.
The Managed Documentation application can be complemented by the Document Approval application to automate the document approval process, or you can use it on its own.
